Refund

You can request we refund your order at anytime prior to shipping.  We will notify you when your order is ready for dock pickup or when your order ships. After shippping, to obtain a refund, we require you get an RMA (return material authorization) by contacting us via email. We will refund orders returned to our dock undamaged. Goods can be opened or unopened.
